Custom-Made Blinds & Professional Installation
The Process
Project Consultation and Measurement
Your local installer will come to your location to assess the outdoor area, discuss your preferences for screen placement, and offer expert recommendations. After evaluating the space, they will take precise measurements and provide you with a detailed quote for the installation.
Confirmation and Manufacturing
Once all options and details have been selected and the final quote has been approved, your project will proceed to our manufacturing process. Your screen will be custom-made and professionally assembled within 10 - 15 working days, depending on options. This will ensure that the screen is ready for quick installation on site by your local Slidetrack installer who has been trained specifically for our screens.
Installation
Your local installer will then organise a time to complete the Slidetrack installation, making any final adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final outcome.
Ongoing Care & Maintenance
Your blinds should be cleaned whenever visible dust build-up occurs, and a soft-bristle brush dipped in a bucket of clean water or connected to a hose works well. A soft cloth can be used to dry off PVC blinds. It is important that the Slide track grooves are lubricated using silicone from a spray can with a nozzle at least four times a year and particularly following rain, to restore lubricity to the side spline. Only silicone is recommended.
Warranty
Slidetrack Blinds have a limited warranty covering the materials used, provided they are installed correctly and used under normal operating conditions. For specific details on what is included in the warranty and the relevant time periods, or for more information on how to operate and maintain the blinds, please reach out to your retailer for assistance.
It is important to be cautious of high winds when using Slidetrack Blinds. These blinds have been successfully utilised in numerous locations throughout Australia and New Zealand. However, for blinds that are larger than 7.5 square meters, it is recommended to always retract them during stormy weather. conditions.
The performance of the blinds in windy conditions is influenced by their exposure and size.
